This Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy governs all listings on List99 (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the List99 Terms of Service.

1. General Requirement

All items listed on List99 must comply with applicable law, be safe for consumer use, be accurately described, and be properly categorized. Illegal, unsafe, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable items are prohibited.

2. Platform Discretion

List99 may prohibit, restrict, flag, review, remove, or reject any item, category, or listing at any time, with or without notice, for legal, safety, fraud, reputational, operational, or policy reasons.

3. Age Restrictions

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users may not create accounts for minors, permit minors to transact through their accounts, or use the Platform to evade age restrictions.

4. AI Monitoring and Content Flagging

List99 may use AI and automated systems to identify prohibited or restricted items, detect fraud, or flag listings for removal or review. These systems are not guaranteed to detect every violation, and users remain solely responsible for compliance.

5. Illegal Items

• Stolen property
• Counterfeit, pirated, or infringing goods
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Government identification, forged documents, or items facilitating illegal conduct
• Human remains or prohibited biological materials

6. Hazardous and Dangerous Materials

• Explosives, fireworks, incendiary devices
• Toxic, flammable, corrosive, or reactive chemicals
• Improperly labeled or unsafe batteries
• Hazardous waste, regulated dangerous goods, or items requiring prohibited handling

7. Weapons and Related Items

• Firearms, ammunition, explosive weapon components, or items designed to inflict harm, except where explicitly allowed by law and specific Platform authorization
• Restricted knives, incapacitating devices, or accessories prohibited by law or Platform policy

8. Regulated Products

• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, e-cigarettes, or related products where restricted
• Prescription drugs, medical devices, or healthcare products requiring authorization
• Dietary supplements, cosmetics, pesticides, chemicals, or regulated health products lacking required compliance

9. Financial and Monetary Items

• Counterfeit currency, altered tender, unauthorized gift cards, stored-value instruments, prepaid cards, securities, or financial instruments where restricted

10. Digital and Intangible Goods

Digital downloads, account credentials, tokenized assets, cryptocurrencies, services, subscriptions, and other intangible goods are prohibited unless expressly authorized by List99.

11. Animals and Biological Items

• Live animals, endangered species, protected wildlife products, or restricted animal parts

12. Offensive, Harmful, or Sensitive Materials

Items promoting violence, hate, terrorism, discrimination, exploitation, abuse, or other harmful conduct are prohibited. List99 may also prohibit content based on community standards or reputational risk.

13. Restricted Product Categories

Certain categories may require approval, testing, documentation, certification, or other compliance measures, including children’s products, food, electronics, automotive items, mechanical parts, safety products, and regulated consumer goods.

14. Product Safety and Compliance

Sellers must ensure products meet safety standards, labeling rules, packaging rules, and any applicable certification requirements. Recalled, unsafe, or noncompliant products are prohibited.

15. Misclassification and Evasion

Sellers may not misclassify items, obscure relevant details, alter category placement, or otherwise attempt to evade restrictions or review systems.

16. International Sales

Sellers offering international shipping must ensure the item is lawful to export, import, and sell in all relevant jurisdictions. List99 is not responsible for international trade compliance.

17. Reporting Violations

Users may report listings believed to violate this Policy. List99 may investigate and act in its sole discretion.

18. Enforcement

List99 may remove listings, restrict or suspend accounts, withhold funds, refuse payouts, report conduct to authorities, or permanently ban users for violations.

19. Liability

Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, safety, authenticity, and compliance of their products. List99 assumes no liability for user-listed products.

20. Modifications

List99 may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
