All policies and terms in one place
This Payment & Transaction Policy governs transactions conducted through List99 (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the List99 Terms of Service.
1. Platform Payment Requirement
Transactions initiated on the Platform must be completed through approved payment systems made available by List99 or its payment providers. Off-platform payments are prohibited and may result in loss of protection, fees, withholding, or enforcement action.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers. List99 may facilitate payment flows, reserves, holds, disbursements, reversals, and settlement-related actions, but does not guarantee payment processor availability or error-free service.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods may vary by region, transaction type, risk profile, or provider rules. List99 may add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time.
4. Transaction Flow and Controlled Settlement
Transactions may be subject to controlled payment flow, temporary holds, conditional disbursement, verification requirements, or delayed release of funds based on transaction status and risk.
5. Reserves, Holds, and Delays
List99 may apply reserves, holds, payout delays, rolling holds, minimum balance requirements, or other controls to manage chargeback, fraud, refund, or compliance risk. Such controls may be based on account age, transaction volume, defects, disputes, fraud indicators, category risk, processor requirements, or other factors.
6. Disbursements
Disbursements may be scheduled, delayed, paused, conditioned on verification, or suspended due to risk, disputes, compliance, technical changes, bank changes, or account review. List99 may apply extra holds when payout details are modified.
7. Payment Reversals and Recovery
List99 may reverse transactions, recover funds from seller balances, offset future payouts, debit stored payment methods where permitted, invoice users, or otherwise collect amounts associated with disputes, chargebacks, refunds, processor reversals, or fraud losses.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a buyer opens a payment dispute or chargeback, List99 may immediately hold or reverse related funds, request information from the seller, submit evidence, debit the seller, or recover funds after the payment provider’s decision. External payment institutions may make final decisions on chargebacks.
9. Fees
List99 may charge transaction fees, processing-related fees, service fees, subscription fees, promotion fees, dispute-related charges, return-related charges, and other fees. Fees may be deducted automatically from transaction proceeds or charged through authorized payment methods.
10. Unpaid Transactions
If a buyer fails to complete payment, the transaction may be canceled and the seller may relist the item. Repeated non-payment may result in account restrictions or suspension.
11. Fraud and Risk Management
List99 may monitor transactions for fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, anti-money laundering concerns, policy violations, or suspicious behavior. List99 may block, cancel, delay, review, or restrict transactions automatically or manually.
12. Identity Verification (KYC)
List99 may require government ID, address verification, date of birth, legal entity documentation, beneficial ownership information, tax forms, or other compliance documentation before allowing sales, payouts, or continued access to payment features.
13. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining, collecting where required, reporting, and paying applicable taxes unless applicable law requires List99 or a payment intermediary to handle specific tax obligations. List99 may collect or report tax-related information where required.
14. Currency and Conversion
Transactions may involve currency conversion or international payment routing. List99 is not responsible for conversion spreads, exchange fluctuations, bank fees, or processor charges.
15. Errors and Adjustments
List99 may correct processing errors, adjust account balances, reissue disbursements, reverse mistaken credits, or apply debits or credits as necessary to correct mistakes.
16. Prohibited Payment Activity
- No money laundering or disguised cash movement
- No unauthorized use of payment methods
- No use of the Platform to evade card rules, sanctions, tax obligations, or risk controls
- No false financial, identity, or settlement information
17. Third-Party Liability
List99 is not responsible for failures, delays, rejections, chargebacks, outages, withholding, or errors caused by payment processors, banks, card networks, carriers, or other third parties.
18. Enforcement
List99 may hold or retain funds, suspend disbursements, reverse transactions, restrict payment features, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Except where otherwise required by law, all decisions are final.
19. Modifications
List99 may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
