This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of List99.com and related services (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the List99 Terms of Service.

1. General Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy. You may not use the Platform in any way that violates law, infringes the rights of others, harms users, or interferes with Platform integrity or security.

2. Account and Identity Restrictions

• No false, misleading, or impersonated identities
• No unauthorized sharing or transfer of account credentials
• No multiple accounts used to evade restrictions, exploit promotions, or avoid enforcement

3. Listings and Transaction Integrity

• No listing of items you do not own or are not authorized to sell
• No misleading descriptions, titles, keywords, photos, prices, or shipping claims
• No listings with no intent to complete a legitimate transaction

4. Marketplace Manipulation

You may not manipulate pricing, traffic, search visibility, rankings, reviews, ratings, feedback, disputes, orders, or transaction volume. Prohibited conduct includes fake orders, traffic inflation, coordinated manipulation, non-authentic transactions, and review or feedback abuse.

5. Payments, Fraud, and Circumvention

• No money laundering or transactions unrelated to legitimate commerce
• No chargeback abuse or payment fraud
• No directing buyers or sellers off-platform to avoid fees, monitoring, or protections
• No unauthorized collection or use of customer data

6. Content and Communications

You may not post or transmit content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of privacy, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not send spam, chain letters, mass solicitations, or unauthorized marketing messages.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

• No copying, scraping, extracting, or reusing Platform content or data without authorization
• No infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, or other rights
• No misuse of List99 marks, logos, or branding

8. AI, Automation, Bots, and Agents

• No bots, scripts, scrapers, LLM-driven tools, or automated agents without prior written permission
• No buy-for-me agents or end-to-end automated transaction flows without human review
• No use of Platform data to train external AI systems or models
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs, safety tools, or moderation systems

9. Security and System Integrity

• No malware, viruses, worms, or harmful code
• No unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, interference, denial-of-service behavior, or circumvention of security controls

10. Third-Party Services

You may not misuse third-party services connected to the Platform or cause List99 or its service providers to violate law, network rules, contractual terms, or risk controls.

11. Enforcement and Remedies

List99 may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove content, restrict listings, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold funds, reverse transactions, demote content, disable access, or take legal or technical action. We are not required to explain enforcement decisions.

12. No Monitoring Obligation

List99 may monitor activity but has no obligation to do so. Failure to detect or address a violation does not waive any right to enforce this Policy later.

13. Violations

Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account restrictions, fund holds, permanent suspension, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

14. Modifications

List99 may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
