This Artificial Intelligence Policy governs the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems on List99 (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the List99 Terms of Service.

1. Use of AI on the Platform

List99 may use AI and automated systems for listing creation, image and item recognition, categorization, recommendations, pricing suggestions, fraud detection, trust and safety review, moderation, support workflows, dispute analysis, and other operational functions.

2. Nature of AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or inappropriate. Outputs are probabilistic and may vary. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, correcting, and approving any AI-assisted content or action. Users are responsible for all decisions, actions, listings, communications, and outcomes resulting from AI use.

4. AI-Assisted Listings

When using AI tools for listings, users must verify titles, descriptions, prices, categories, item recognition results, images, and condition statements before publication. AI may not be used to create misleading or deceptive listings.

5. Prohibited AI Uses

• Intentional disinformation, deception, or fraudulent content
• Unauthorized impersonation or misuse of a person’s voice, likeness, or identity
• Privacy violations, unlawful tracking, or intrusive monitoring
• Harassment, abuse, hate, exploitation, or harm to individuals or groups
• Any exploitation or harm involving minors
• Circumvention of safety filters, moderation tools, or Platform safeguards
• Use connected to illegal activity or prohibited transactions

6. Automation, Bots, and Agentic Commerce

Without prior written permission, users may not use bots, scripts, scrapers, AI agents, buy-for-me systems, LLM-driven bots, or end-to-end automated transaction flows to access, browse, transact on, or extract data from the Platform, especially where there is no human review.

7. Data Usage and AI Training Restrictions

Users may not use List99 data, content, outputs, listings, communications, or other Platform materials to train, fine-tune, or improve external AI systems or models without List99’s prior written permission.

8. AI in Fraud Detection and Enforcement

List99 may use AI or automated systems to detect suspicious activity, identify restricted items, flag or remove content, impose holds, restrict features, or suspend accounts. These actions may occur automatically and without prior notice or human review.

9. Limitations of AI Systems

AI systems may fail to detect violations or may incorrectly flag lawful activity. List99 does not guarantee that AI will prevent fraud, identify all violations, or produce accurate results.

10. Responsible AI Principles

• Reliability, Safety, and Security: AI tools are designed to support secure and reliable operations but are not guaranteed.
• Fairness and Non-Discrimination: List99 seeks to reduce unfair bias but cannot guarantee bias-free results.
• Accountability: Users remain responsible for use of AI-assisted features.
• Privacy by Design: Privacy considerations may be incorporated into AI systems where applicable.
• Transparency: List99 may disclose where AI is used on the Platform.

11. Consequential Decision Use

Users may not rely on Platform AI systems as the sole basis for consequential legal, financial, medical, employment, lending, credit, or other high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and independent validation.

12. Data Use and Model Improvement

List99 may use Platform data, including listings, transaction signals, usage patterns, fraud indicators, and aggregated or anonymized data, to improve Platform models, tools, safety systems, and user experience.

13. No Liability for AI Systems

List99 is not liable for AI-generated errors, automated enforcement decisions, incorrect flags, account restrictions, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from AI-assisted functions.

14. Enforcement

List99 may restrict access to AI tools, remove AI-generated content, suspend or terminate accounts, and apply other enforcement actions based on AI system outputs, manual review, or both.

15. User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that AI systems are integral to certain Platform functions, that outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, and that you assume the risks associated with reliance on AI tools.

16. Modifications

List99 may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
